Welcome
Scubajack was founded by John Strutt (Paddy) in 2006. He is an independent PADI (Professional Association of Diving Instructors) scuba diving instructor, International Association of Handicapped Divers (IAHD) instructor and Emergency First Response instructor.
John first had the opportunity to try scuba diving whilst on a holiday to the Caribbean in 2003. After gaining diving experience in the English Channel, Norway and Gibraltar he completed the Instructor Development Course (IDC) in Ireland. He then went on to successfully complete the Instructor Examination (IE) in Spain in 2005.
John has recently returned to the Portsmouth area where he wishes to help promote diving throughout the Royal Navy and develop partnerships with charity organisations. Watch this space!
