BLESMA Red Sea Trip 2010

Scuba Jack will be posting information about the trip to keep everyone up to date with what is happening. Please get in touch with either myself or Bob if you having any questions about what is needed for the trip.

The date for the trip is from 21st September to the 28th September 2010.

Couple of things for participants.

First and foremost everyone needs to have an in date medical, which covers the duration of the trip. As we are doing a PADI course this form requires a signature from your doctor. A doctor MUST certify you fit to dive. This is essential as it is outside of the control of BLESMA and the instructors. No signed medical no diving! Medical Form

Everyone completing a PADI course needs to complete this form

Anyone doing the Open Water Course (beginner) needs to complete the Course Record form
